Aluminium Hydroxide

Product Description
Aluminum Hydroxide, Al(OH)3, archaically called hydrate of alumina or alumina trihydrate (Al2O3.3H2O), which is a non-abrasive powder with a Mohs' hardness index of 2.5 - 3.5 and a specific gravity of 2.42. It can be heated to 200°C and hydrated alumina can be decomposed into 66% alumina and 34% water.
According to different application area, we are offering a wide range types of aluminum hydroxide products, for example:
- For flame retardant used in plastics and rubbers, we can offer super fine powders up to 1 um.
- For fillers used in artificial marble/solid surface, we can offer high whiteness(>97), and low oil absorption grade.
